What is the minimum purchase in the online store?
We only sell in boxes of 10 units per flavor, or through our mix box which contains 4 bars of each flavor, that is, a box with 12 units.
What payment methods are available?
You can pay for your order using Credit Card, MBWAY and APPLEPAY
I have a discount code. How can I use it?
Simply enter the code during checkout and verify that the discount has been applied to your order total. If not, please contact us at geral@incribel.pt.
I've already ordered. How do I know my order was received correctly?
After completing your order and payment, you will receive an order confirmation email. If it didn't arrive in your inbox, check your spam folder. If you still don't have an email, please contact us via email. geral@incribel.pt
How do shipping and delivery work?
Shipping costs are:
- Mainland Portugal: €3.90 (orders over €15 - free delivery)
- Madeira and Azores: €7.90;
- Peninsular Spain: €7.90;
- Rest of Europe: €12.90.
Our deliveries are made by Chronopost, with the exception of orders outside Portugal, which are made by CTT Expresso. We recommend that you indicate an address where you spend most of your day (such as your workplace).
Regarding deliveries:
- Mainland Portugal: up to 5 working days*, after payment of the order;
- Madeira and Azores: 10 to 20* business days;
- Peninsular Spain: 5 working days* (delivered by CTT Expresso);
- Rest of Europe: Depending on the country of destination.
It is not possible to choose the delivery time, as it depends on the delivery logistics defined by the carrier itself.
*The order may take longer to arrive due to the state of emergency
I couldn't receive my order. What now?
If you haven't received your order, please note that it won't be delivered until you schedule a new delivery. You can do so by contacting Chronopost Customer Support at suporte.cliente@dpd.pt or by calling 707 45 28 28.
If your order is not delivered after 5 delivery attempts, and is returned to our warehouses, resending the order will incur an additional cost and you will need to contact us to schedule the new shipment and payment through geral@incribel.pt
I received my order, but something is wrong. What should I do?
For any questions after delivery of the order, please send an email to geral@incribel.pt . IncríBel cannot be held responsible for any mishandling of the order by Chronopost. We will always forward the customer's complaint to the customer and offer ongoing support to monitor the process and find the best possible solution.
I want to make a change to my order. Can I?
Before finalizing your order, you can make any changes to it. However, once it's finalized, changes are no longer possible. Therefore, we recommend always double-checking the information you've entered to ensure everything is correct.
How can I request a refund, exchange or return of my order?
The refund for your order will be made upon your request, through geral@incribel.pt . Refunds cannot be applied once the order has already been shipped. However, each case is different, and if in doubt, please explain your situation via our email. geral@incribel.pt
